Ricky Li, Insights and Data Lead, World Economic Forum: Ricky Li is an Insight and Data Lead at the World Economic Forum, where she co-authored both the 2025 and 2023 editions of the Future of Jobs Report. Ricky manages global surveys, data partnerships, and data explorers and digital products across key Forum publications across various initiatives, including the Global Gender Gap, Global Risk, and Equitable Transition. She holds a double master’s degree from Yale School of Management (Yale SOM) and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).
With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Luz Hoyos Rossier, RH specialist talent management at HUG, has developed deep expertise in organizational development and talent management. She has worked across various sectors including banking, trading, certification, and education, in Switzerland, the United States, and Romania. Since August 2023, she has been working with the Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) as an HR Specialist in Talent Management, contributing to succession planning and talent development projects within a committed team. Luz focuses on developing talent identification tools and designing and delivering competency development programs for emerging leaders.
