Il comitato è l’organo strategico di HR Swiss. E’ composto dal presidente e dai presidenti delle associazioni regionali. Anche HRSE ed EAPM sono rappresentate alle riunioni come ospiti permanenti. Il presidente ed il comitato si incontrano regolarmente per perseguire con impegno il positivo sviluppo di HR Swiss.
